In May 2005, we launched an internal statement to demonstrate to our staff the valuable contribution they make to our success. This phrase "I make a difference" was implemented as the Allianz Worldwide Care internal values statement and demonstrates how everyone is responsible for ensuring high values of customer satisfaction.
