  Our Group Management Centre provides day-to-day support for you and your employees. From changing personal details to adding dependants or newborns, they will respond in a timely and efficient manner.

     

Relationship Manager

  The Relationship Manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of our key client accounts allowing quick and coherent decision making. The Manager is responsible for providing claims reports and updates to the client and to ensure the smooth operation of the group scheme.

     

Claims Department

  The Claims Department are responsible for processing claims. They will ensure that they have all the information required and will process your employee's claims within the service turnaround period.

     

Medical Services Team

  We also have an experienced Medical Services Team who look after the treatment guarantee process. They will ensure that the treatment your employees are seeking is appropriate and medically necessary. The team also work together with the hospital to ensure that costs are reasonable and customary. This will help us control costs in order to maintain affordable health insurance premiums for you.
