Broker Talk is a half-yearly newsletter for brokers to keep them informed of the latest developments and news within Allianz Worldwide Care.
Edition 6, November 2007
The sixth edition of Broker Talk summarizes the changes following our annual product review and the launch of our new online functionality for Group Scheme Managers. We are also proud to announce a new partnership with InRoomMD in the USA. Furthermore, we highlight the upcoming enhancements of the recently renamed “Medical Provider Finder” on our website and provide a full list of sales contact details.

The fifth edition of Broker Talk highlights the success of our "Clear to Zero" claims handling process and announces a number of new business partnerships. There is an update on the latest advances to our range of online services and some tips are provided to help ensure a smooth renewal process for group schemes.

The fourth edition of Broker Talk details our new ’Clear to Zero‘ operating processes for customer facing departments. We also outline all the recent changes to the Allianz Worldwide Care product, premium rates and service proposition. We detail recent improvements to our Credit Control procedures and announce a few new appointments.
