The Individual Management Centre will look after all your policy administration queries. From changing your personal details to adding dependants or newborns, they will respond in a timely manner. The Claims Department are responsible for processing your claims. All fully completed claims are processed, payment issued and member notified within 48 hours. We also have an experienced Medical Services Team who look after the Treatment Guarantee process. They will ensure that the treatment you are seeking is appropriate and medically necessary. |
