Elite Individual is our most comprehensive plan with a wide range of benefits and cover.
- Overall Maximum Benefit is $1,562,500
- Full refund within overall maximum benefit for organ transplant
- Up to $25,000 for in-patient psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Full refund for local ambulance
- Full refund on emergency treatment outside area of cover (max 42 nights)
- Up to $31,250 refund on complications of pregnancy in relation to the health of the mother
- Full refund for diagnostic tests
- Private room accommodation covered
Select Individual provides cover for a wide range of benefits with favourable benefit limits.
- Overall Maximum Benefit is $937,500
- Up to $62,500 refund for organ transplant
- Up to $12,500 for in-patient psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Up to $625 refund for local ambulance
- Up to $12,500 refund on emergency treatment outside area of cover (max 42 nights)
- Up to $10,000 refund on complications of pregnancy in relation to the health of the mother
- Private room accommodation covered
Essential Individual is ideal for members looking for protection against major medical costs but where benefits such as a private room are not required.
- Overall Maximum Benefit is $625,000
- Up to $12,500 refund for organ transplant
- Up to $6,250 for in-patient psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Up to $625 refund for local ambulance
- Up to $12,500 refund on emergency treatment outside area of cover (max 42 nights)
- Semi-private room accommodation covered
Vital Individual provides limited cover for a wide range of benefits.
- Overall maximum limit $100,000
- Up to $10,000 refund for organ transplant
- Up to $400 refund on local ambulance
- Up to $5,000 refund for complications of pregnancy in relation to the health of the mother
- Semi-private room accommodation covered

Out-patient Plans |

OP1 is our most comprehensive Out-patient Plan with a wide range of benefits and cover.
- Overall maximum benefit of $6,250
- Full refund on the following benefits:
- Specialist fees
- Diagnostic tests
- Vaccinations
- Emergency Out-patient dental treatment
- Up to $1,250 refund on the following benefits:
- Medical practitioner fees
- Prescription drugs
- Chiropractic treatment, osteopathy,homeopathy,Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture
- Prescribed physiotherapy, speech therapy, oculomotor and occupational therapy
- Prescribed medical aids
- Up to $625 refund on routine dental treatment
OP2 has a wide range of benefits but does not cover vaccinations, routine dental treatment, prescribed medical aids or glasses and contact lenses.
- Overall maximum benefit of $3,125
- Full refund on the following benefits:
- Specialist fees
- Diagnostic tests
- Emergency Out-patient dental treatment
- Up to $625 refund on the following benefits:
- Medical practitioner fees
- Prescription drugs
- Chiropractic treatment, osteopathy, homeopathy, Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture
- Prescribed physiotherapy, speech therapy, oculomotor and occupational therapy
OP3 has an overall maximum benefit of $2,500 and provides 80% reimbursement on the following out-patient benefits:
- Medical practitioner fees, prescription drugs and specialist fees, up to a maximum of $1,000
- Diagnostic tests, up to a maximum of $800
- Chiropractic treatment, osteopathy, homeopathy, Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture, up to a maximum of $500
- Prescribed physiotherapy, up to a maximum of $500

Maternity Plans |
|
Elite Maternity can be combined with the Elite Individual Core Plan in conjunction with one of our Out-patient Plans.
- Routine maternity covered up to $9,375
- Complications of childbirth covered up to $18,750
Select Maternity can be combined with the Select Individual Core Plan in conjunction with one of our Out-patient Plans.
- Routine maternity covered up to $6,250
- Complications of childbirth covered up to $12,500

Repatriation Plan |
|
Where the necessary treatment for which members are covered is not available locally, our Repatriation Plan, where chosen, enables members to return to their home country for treatment rather than to the nearest centre of excellence. This only applies when the member’s home country is located within his/her area of cover. Full refund is available to members who purchase this plan.
