Our Medical Services Team is overseen by our in-house Medical Director and delivers our Treatment Guarantee Service to insured members.
This team liaises with our members chosen Medical Providers to ensure that proposed treatments are appropriate, medically necessary and within local capabilities. In addition, the team organises direct payment of in-patient treatment.
This oversight of the treatment delivery process helps give peace of mind that the most suitable and competent treatment available is being delivered.
Treatment Guarantee Process Explained
- Treatment Guarantee is needed for all in-patient treatment and certain benefits and procedures as outlined in the table of benefits.
- Members should complete a Treatment Guarantee Form and send to us prior to treatment. We will take matters from there with the medical provider.
- If based in the USA, members simply direct the medical provider to contact us and we will coordinate with them directly. Members based outside of the USA may also request the medical provider to do this.
- Please note that the Treatment Guarantee process is crucial to the claiming process and claims can be declined, or penalties applied if this process is not adhered to. We feel it is important for our members that we oversee all in-patient treatment, from the very beginning.
