Medline ensures our expat health insurance policy holders and their families have access to an English-speaking medical advice line no matter where they are or what time it is. At midnight on New Year's Eve or at 5am on Christmas morning, experienced staff will still be just a phone call away, ready to dispense medical advice. Our Mediline Medical Advice Service is completely free to use for our members.
We also have a multilingual Helpline available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle any policy enquires and assist in cases of emergencies.
