Allianz Worldwide Care, a leading provider of International Healthcare plans for private individuals, employees, and their families, is delighted to announce a presence in Latin America with the opening of an office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Having this regional base will enable the company to offer an even greater level of support to local brokers, including staff training and commercial support, as well as providing a local contact point for the company’s Latin American clients.
Allianz Worldwide Care, part of the global Allianz Group, developed its GlobalPass healthcare plans in 2006, specifically to meet the needs of private individuals and corporate groups based in Latin America. In addition to the GlobalPass healthcare plans, Allianz Worldwide Care also offers international healthcare plans which provide cover for a wide range of hospital treatment, doctor’s fees and dental treatment on a worldwide basis.
Allianz Worldwide Care’s Regional General Manager, Santiago Herranz commented: “We’re delighted to open this Latin American sales office and be able to offer a more localised support service to our brokers and clients, in addition to that which is already provided by our headquarters in Dublin. Our focus on service excellence, combined with the strong support of our broker partners, is what has driven our growth in this region to date. The team in our new office, located in Argentina, will be lead by Fabiana De Nicoló, our Business Development Manager for Latin America. Fabiana has 8 years of experience of working in this market and I’m sure she will be able to use this experience to add significant value and assistance to existing and new regional partnerships”.
Fabiana De Nicoló can be contacted at Allianz Worldwide Care, San Martin 550, Piso 3°, Capital Federal Buenos Aires, C1004AAL, Argentina. Tel: + 54 (0)11 4320 3818, Mobile: + 54 911 4178 0189, email
