Allianz Worldwide Care announces further jobs growth

150 vacancies to be filled at recruitment fair

Following the creation of 50 new jobs in Ireland announced in July this year, Allianz Worldwide Care has announced a further 150 positions, to be filled immediately.

Of the 150 jobs, almost all (128) will be based at the company’s headquarters in Park West, Dublin, while 22 will service Allianz Worldwide Care’s new Brussels office. The positions span a variety of disciplines including claims, helpline, client services, medical services, credit control, finance, marketing, sales support, account management, project management, actuarial and IT. Many of these roles require multi-language skills. While the company will consider applicants from a range of industry backgrounds, those with insurance/financial services experience, in particular within health, life and disability cover, are desirable.

Allianz Worldwide Care, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz SE, specialises in providing international health insurance for employees, individuals and their dependents, wherever they are in the world.

Claire Cusack, Head of Human Resources at Allianz Worldwide Care believes that the scale and urgency of the company’s recruitment requirements warrants hosting their own jobs fair in Dublin next week. “We are inviting anyone interested in joining a leading multinational company to come and see us at the Clarion Hotel, IFSC next Thursday, 13th October.  We will be providing details about the positions available and accepting CVs between the hours of 3pm and 9pm. For anyone who cannot attend our job fair, applications can be made online via www.allianzworldwidecare.com

Ron Buchan, CEO of Allianz Worldwide Care said; “Our success is driven not only by the quality of our products but by the high level of service delivered by our people. We are hugely committed to staff training and development, which enables us to provide a world-class service to our clients. I would encourage anyone interested in joining a client-focused business like Allianz Worldwide Care to visit us at The Clarion Hotel next week, to hear about the employment opportunities we are creating in Ireland and Brussels.”
