Allianz Worldwide Care has been “highly commended” in the category of International PMI, at the COVER Excellence Provider Awards 2008. The ceremony took place at The Plaisterers’ Hall, London, on the 1st of October 2008.
The awards were judged by a panel of industry experts, including Cover’s editor, Paul Robertson.

There were several areas in which the judges felt that Allianz Worldwide Care had excelled in. The most notable of these were the company’s 97% client retention rate and the “Clear to Zero” claims processing initiative. It was felt that the 97% client retention rate is testament to the continued customer focus that Allianz Worldwide Care displays in an increasingly competitive marketplace, and the “Clear to Zero” initiative, whereby fully completed Claims Forms are processed within 48 hours, is a key example of the company’s commitment to service excellence.
We are also pleased to announce that Allianz Worldwide Care was “highly commended” in the category “Best Individual Private Medical Insurance Provider” at the “Health Insurance Awards” 2008, held in Grosvenor House on London’s Park Lane on Thursday 16th October 2008.
