Introduced in 2007, this convenient and environmentally friendly alternative is already popular with many of our clients. These soft copy policy documents have the same validity as hard copies, plus the speed of issue to brokers and members is almost instant.
There are a number of options for corporate groups to choose from:
New business options:
- Documents can be viewed/downloaded via Online Services and a soft copy membership card (“e-card”) is issued via email
- Documents can be viewed/downloaded via Online Services and a plastic membership card is posted
- Documents and an e-card are issued via email
- Documents are issued via email and a plastic membership card is posted
Renewal options:
- Documents can be viewed/downloaded via Online Services
- Documents are issued via email
(In both cases the originally issued membership card or e-card remains valid).
