As part of your cover, you have access to our Personal Oncology Case Manager service. A dedicated case manager, a healthcare professional from our own Medical Team, will guide and assist you through your treatment.

Your case manager will act as a dedicated, single point of contact. They will help you to understand your cover; contacting you regularly to check how your treatment is going and proactively looking after administration in advance of your next treatment.
