Physiotherapy network

For your convenience, we have set up a UK direct settlement physiotherapy network. We’ve partnered with Overland Health to give you access to an extensive network of over 800 recognised and audited physiotherapists throughout the UK. When you use a physiotherapist within our direct settlement network, we will settle the bill directly for all eligible physiotherapy treatment, subject to the terms and conditions of your plan.

If you visit a physiotherapist that is not part of the Allianz Partners direct settlement network, it is likely you will be have to pay for all treatment costs upfront and subsequently seek reimbursement from us.

Finding a Physiotherapist within the Network

To confirm which physiotherapists in your area are part of the network, please use the search link below. Simply input the postcode of where you require treatment and it will detail the participating physiotherapists within that region.

How to Book an Appointment

Call Overland Health directly on: +44 (0) 151 906 1063. Bookings can be made from 8am - 8pm Mon to Thurs, from 8am - 5:30pm on Fridays and from 10am - 4pm on Saturdays.

Overland Health will confirm your membership details and book you into a clinic near your chosen location. Over 90% of referrals occur within 5 miles of a person’s chosen location.

Health assessment network

Allianz Partners understands that your health is of paramount importance to you. For this reason we have created a specific benefit to review your health status, even if you are not presenting any clinical symptoms. The Routine health checks including screening for early detection of illness or disease benefit offers cover for health checks, tests and examinations, performed at an appropriate age interval, for the early detection of illness or disease.

So that you get the most out of your benefit, Allianz Partners has set up a direct settlement arrangement with these two assessment networks - BMI Healthcare and Nuffield Health. This means that if you choose to use one of these providers we will settle the bill on your behalf. We have carefully selected our assessment centre networks to offer our members excellent geographical coverage, a full range of comprehensive health assessments and high standards of quality of care.

You are not restricted to using one of the network assessment centres. However, if you have treatment outside of our network it is likely that you will need to pay for your treatment costs upfront and subsequently seek reimbursement from us. It is also possible that your benefit will not cover the full cost of a health assessment and you will be liable for these costs. At a BMI Healthcare or Nuffield Health centre we guarantee that the Routine health checks including screening for early detection of illness or disease benefit will fully cover (but not limited to) a standard health assessment.

How to Book an Appointment

Simply ring one of our network providers to book an appointment at a time and location that is convenient to you. Appointment booking contact numbers are as follows:

BMI Healthcare: 0808 101 0361; or
Nuffield Health: 08452 30 20 40

After you have made your appointment, simply attend your assessment and we will directly settle the payment with the provider.

Dental network

For your convenience, we have set up a UK direct settlement dental network.

We’ve partnered with Munroe Sutton to give you access to a widely respected network of dentists throughout the UK. When you use a dentist within our direct settlement network, you will only have to pay the co-payment element for eligible treatment (subject to the terms and conditions of your plan), as all other charges will be directly settled between Allianz Partners and the dentist.

You will also get a discount on the treatment you receive. Simply visit a dentist within the network to take advantage of a 20% discount available through the Allianz Partners direct settlement network.

If you visit a dentist that is not part of the Allianz Partners direct settlement network, it is likely you will be have to pay for all treatment costs upfront and subsequently seek reimbursement from us.

How to Book an Appointment

Call Munroe Sutton directly on: +44 (0) 808 234 0393 to find a dentist near your chosen location.

Alternatively, you can ring a participating dentist directly to book your appointment. It is important to tell the dentist that you are an Allianz Partners member and provide your policy number, name, date of birth and reason for your visit. The dentist will then phone Munroe Sutton to confirm your level of cover.

If you don’t see your own dentist listed, you can nominate them to join the network so you can start accessing savings using a dentist you already know.
