Allianz Partners wishes to build on our national network of consultants in order to support both our International and UK Domestic health insurance products. We would like to invite you to register with us so that we can offer our insured members access to a national network of high quality consultant care.

How to register with us in 3 easy steps:

Step 1 – Review the 'Consultant Recognition Terms and Conditions'. By submitting your application form you are confirming your acceptance of these.

Step 2 – Review our ‘UK Fee Schedule’, which will form part of your terms and conditions with us.

Step 3 – Complete the online ‘Application Form’. This should take approximately thirty minutes.
