On our private International healthcare plans, you will still enjoy many of the same benefits to which you were entitled as a Group member. Applications need to be received within 30 days of the previous cover ceasing and you must have been covered by Allianz Care under a group medical scheme policy for at least 12 months immediately prior to the start date of your Continuation Plan. Only those family members who were covered under your group medical scheme policy are eligible to apply for a Continuation Plan.
