Is this a free app?
Yes. It’s free to download but you may incur charges depending on the plan you have with your telecommunications/internet provider e.g. for information updates and phone calls.
Is this app secure?
Yes. All data stored in the app or transmitted to and from the app is secured via encryption.
Can I access the app offline?
Yes. Most of the features of this app can be accessed when you do not have an internet connection e.g. you can complete a claim offline but will require an internet connection to submit it. Information updates cannot be performed offline but you can still view your information from the last update.
Why won’t my data update immediately?
Each time you start the app, it will attempt to check for information updates on our servers. This can take some time depending on the speed of your internet connection and the amount of data the app may need to download. You can still use the app while this process is taking place. The date of your latest successful update is displayed on your home screen.
Can I remove or delete the app?
Yes. You can safely remove the app in the usual way. If you re-install the app you will be guided through the setup process again.
Can I set up the app on another device?
Yes. Your PIN number can be unique on each device when accessing the same policy.
How do I re-set my PIN number?
In the slide-out menu, select the “Settings” option. Follow the on-screen instructions to re-set your PIN.
What if I lose my phone or it is stolen?
Simply call our Helpline and they will safely remove your data from the lost or stolen mobile device. If you subsequently retrieve your phone, re-open the app and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be guided through the setup process again. If you have your policy setup on multiple devices, all of them will need to be re-installed to access your policy again.
