Allianz Worldwide Care to hold recruitment fair in Dublin to fill 120 vacancies

January 23, 2015

Allianz Worldwide Care, the leading international health and life insurer is holding a recruitment fair in Dublin this week, to help fill 120 vacancies across a number of departments. The majority of these roles, 100 of which were announced in December, will be based in Dublin.

The company is urgently seeking client-focused candidates to join the claims, helpline and client services teams at its offices in Park West Business Campus, Dublin 12.  While the company is interested in meeting candidates with English only, there is a particular requirement for applicants fluent in one or more of the following languages; Italian, French, German, Spanish, Arabic or Portuguese.

Allianz Worldwide Care will host its recruitment fair on Wednesday, 28th January 2015 from 3.00pm to 8.00pm at The Gibson Hotel, The Point Village, Dublin 1. Those interested in joining a dynamic team in a growing company are asked to bring their CV and plenty of enthusiasm.

Claire Cusack, Head of Human Resources at Allianz Worldwide Care believes that the best way to address the company’s current scale of recruitment is to host its own recruitment event this month.  The recruitment process for the 100 jobs announced last month has already started and the company hopes to identify additional candidates for these roles at the event on Wednesday.  Anyone who cannot attend the event can apply online via www.allianzcare.com
“We invite anyone with the relevant skills and languages who is interested in joining a fast- paced, multinational company, to come and speak to us at The Gibson Hotel on 28th January. We offer a multicultural, client-focussed environment where people can develop long term careers. At our recruitment fair we will provide further details about the positions, the career opportunities available and our attractive benefits package. This includes travel subsidy; health insurance; life assurance; pension plan; disability benefit; subsidised car and home insurance and a childcare allowance. The company is a proud recipient of the Excellence Through People Award since 2009 and a key reason for this is because we take staff performance, support and development seriously,” said Claire.
Allianz Worldwide Care, which provides insurance solutions for health, life and disability on a global scale, currently employs over 900 staff worldwide, some 700 of which are based in Dublin.
Claude Daboul, Sales, Marketing and Operations Director of Allianz Worldwide Care said: “The growing number of job vacancies is being driven primarily by new clients coming on board.  Our success is attributable to the quality of our products combined with the high level of service delivered by our staff. We are looking for additional people with a similar mind-set, who feel passionate about looking after our clients and who want to build a long term career here. There are constant opportunities to learn, gain additional skills and be recognised for high performance.”
